Overview:
This all steel cash drawer is industry standard for under-the-counter mounting and features four small, pre-drilled holes in the top for mounting. Can also be used over the counter. Computer controlled via RS232 / serial interface. The main reason for using a serial cash drawer is if the POS application uses a regular computer printer instead of a receipt printer or, if the application does not use a printer at all.
