The Metrologic MS1690 Focus is a high performance hand held area imager. This omnidirectional scanner decodes virtually all of today's standard barcodes including 1D, RSS, PDF417, microPDF, EAN/UCC Composite, Matrix and Postal Codes regardless of orientation. For capturing and transmitting images the MS1690 Focus combines a high-resolution CMOS sensor with an extremely powerful processor that provides a wide array of outputs at high rates of speed.

The Metrologic MK1690 Focus is extremely durable. Able to withstand multiple drops to concrete, the Focus is well matched for the most challenging of POS environments. It includes a "stand sensor" which switches the scanner from presentation mode to point and pull mode when removed from the stand.

Focus can be utilitised in a variety of applications such as; retail, healthcare, shipping/receiving and supply chain management.
