| 1. WARRANTY
INFORMATION GENERAL All products sold by Point Of Sale Warehouse come with the full and complete manufacturer's new product warranty. Point Of Sale Warehouse does not sell refurbished or used equipment. Therefore, unless otherwise specified, products purchased from Point Of Sale Warehouse are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment, provided that the product remains unmodified and is operated under normal and proper conditions. Product warranties do, however, vary both by manufacturer and by product model. Please see individual product descriptions for details or contact us directly for exact details. User\Purchaser\Customer understands that Point Of Sale Warehouse is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by User\Purchaser\Customer and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Point Of Sale Warehouse. RETURN POLICIES Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. Please test your product as soon as you receive it. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email admin@pointofsaledepot.ca and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you.
