ZebraDesigner is easy to use and it's compatible with any member of the Zebra printer family. Featuring an intuitive, Windows-based interface and a WYSIWYG label design tool, it enables the seamless design of complex barcode labels. Barcode Labels & Print Contrast: A scanner reads a barcode by distinguishing the differences between the bars and spaces. When printing barcodes you want the spaces to be light colored (highly reflective) and the bars to be dark (less reflective). The best color combination is black bars on a white background, but other color combinations will work as long as the contrast between the bars and spaces is adequate. If the contrast gets too low, the scanner cannot differentiate between the bars and spaces and therefore, to the scanner at least, the barcode appears to be invisible.
